With Caltrans Outdoor Advertising License #1154 since 2019, we identified multiple locations but had most rejections from Caltrans due to complex freeway regulations and scenic highways. The Caltrans Outdoor Advertising Program controls signs along interstate and primary highways, requiring permits to prevent illegal displays. It has been a learning experience to navigate through the strict and restricted process to finally build a two-face billboard on California’s oldest and most famous known as the “Golden State Highway” or “Main Street of California,” that passes through Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, and Sacramento. Most strategically located at Tulare opposite to the world famous Agri-Center on HWY 99 offering the best visibility and advertising opportunity that your brand deserves.
